Inspiring, Comforting and Soothing Words

I find that in 'A New You' Catherine's words of inspiration and encouragement are comforting in my fast-paced multi-tasking world of juggling family and a professional career. This book continues to help me focus on the 'good' things/people in life, on the 'important' things in life, on faith and values- being happy and striving to be a better person for myself, for my family and for my friends. It is written so that you can pick it up for a quick minute of inspiration any time of day. I find her words relate to my life over and over again. A great gift for anyone you hold dear to you - great teacher gift too! We all need more positive influences in our lives - may Catherine's words lead the way!

Optimistic
Ms. Galasso-Vigorito has done a marvelous job writing about areas that affect all our lives. I especially enjoyed the way she divided her book into three sections: mind, body and spirit. At night, when I am getting ready for bed and looking for something soothing to read, I will often take her book off the shelf. Her words are gentle reminders that our attitude is what can make a difference in any situation. This book is a great gift to purchase for those loved ones in your life who want to be inspired.

Inspiring

Going through a lot...I bought this book hoping I would get some sense of comfort. This is a very soothing book, reading it everyday helped me to look at situations differently. It talks about every thing you could think of and helps you to remember the good in every bad. I'm not even a reader but everyday I couldn't wait to pick up the book and read more. It really is a 'healing' book. I will be buying this book for all my friends and family.
